Founder

Robert Dudden

Robert qualified as a solicitor in 2008. He attended the University of Glamorgan and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course with a commendation.

He has over 15 years experience in the legal sector focusing on civil litigation and landlord & tenant matters. He founded the firm as a sole practice in 2016 and is now the managing director. Robert is committed to being approachable and accessible while maintaining the best outcomes for the client’s.

John Andrews

John qualified as a solicitor in 2006. He attended the University College Cardiff and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course with a commendation.

He has been managing our Business Support Team dealing with matters related to employment law, commercial lease agreements and business-related contracts since joining the firm in 2016. His area of speciality is achieving results on behalf of the client through mediation and pre-litigation negotiation.

Carrieanne Greenway

Carrieanne is our Client Manager with over 10 years’ experience in private client, contentious and non-contentious litigation, working throughout South Wales and the South West.

Carrieanne has been heading up our probate team since joining the firm in June 2018. Carrieanne has a strong interest in client care and wills and probate. Carrieanne’s focus is being accessible to her clients, being pragmatic when issues arise and dealing with all matters in a timely manner.

Aimmee Gregory

Aimmee has worked in Conveyancing for over 20 years and has an extensive knowledge of all aspects and deals with sale and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Aimmee prides herself on being approachable and providing good customer service and making what may seem a stressful time for people, a more pleasant and straightforward one.

Outside of work, Aimmee enjoys socialising with friends and is an avid reader. She is also the secretary of the local children’s choir and a trustee of the local village hall.

Aimmee is married with two grown up children and a not so grown-up miniature dachshund called Flo.

Clare Lovering

Clare has worked in well-established law firms in Barry and Cardiff, gaining 9 years of experience before joining Dudden Law.

During her time in the role, Clare has dealt with complex cases including both Freehold and Leasehold properties, Transfers of Equity & Remortgage matters.

Clare prides herself on going above and beyond, wanting to achieve the best outcome for all her clients. Clare is experienced and amiable. Her no nonsense approach has ensured that tight deadlines are always met.

In her spare time, Clare enjoys long walks with her two collies Jake and Holly. Although she is not sure who walks who.

Megan Waugh

Megan graduated from The University of West of England in November 2022 with a Master’s in Law and also the Legal Practice Course.

She is assisting the Family department and also able to assist with Wills and Probate matters. Megan is approachable and friendly person who will take the necessary time needed to explain complex legal matters. She has an interest in travelling and a keen organiser.

Molly Whitehead

Molly graduated from the University of Law in October 2023 with a master’s degree in law and legal Practice.

Prior to this Molly studied at Cardiff University obtaining her Undergraduate Law Degree In 2019. Molly has worked in legal practice since her graduation in 2019 and has started her Training Contract in May 2024. Molly is due to qualify as a Solicitor in November 2025.

Molly prides herself on being a friendly face during what can be a stressful and complex time for all involved. Clients have commented that Molly always takes the time to explain complex legal matters and terminology to them in order to ensure that they understand the legal process.

In her spare time Molly enjoys long walks with her Jack Russell Alfonz and taking him for his weekly Pup Cup.

What are the costs?

We are aware of the concerns regarding the cost of legal work and we do not charge for the initial consultation. Our aim is to agree the cost from the outset and through each agreed stage. We offer very competitive rates and will attempt to agree fixed fees for work whenever is possible to do so. We endeavour to keep your matter with the same solicitor throughout the transaction and you will be provided direct contact with the solicitor assisting you. This will enable us to provide a consistent quality and efficient service at all times.
